Combined with our all natural carrier oils (Extra Virgin Coconut Oil) our Essential Oils can be used for Aromatherapy and used for alternative medicine practices. Instructions: Twist off the cap from the Roll on Bottle. Gently rub SevoiSuitcase Essential Oil Rub's on your wrist, behind your ears, ankles/ feet area, or temples. You can rub the Essential Oils Rub's on your wrist and inhale. Use as stated above for maximum effect. 

You may also rub the Essential Oil Rub's  on your pillow case for better sleep 

Note: Essential Oils are Not meant to be swallowed. Do not place Essential Oils around your eyes area.
